Ingredients

  • 2 oz Kangaroo Gold Tequila
  • 3 oz Sparkling Pink Grapefruit Soda (e.g. Jarritos or Fever-Tree)
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Raw Agave Nectar
  • Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt or Tajín Rim
  • Grapefruit Wedge

Instructions

  1. Moisten the rim of an unbreakable tumbler with a lime wedge and roll in sea salt or Tajín.
  2. Fill tumbler with large ice cubes.
  3. Pour 2 oz Kangaroo Gold Tequila directly over ice.
  4. Add fresh lime juice and agave nectar, stirring to combine.
  5. Top with sparkling grapefruit soda and drop in a juicy grapefruit wedge.
