The Outback Vodka Mule

Crisp, spicy, and fiercely refreshing. Kangaroo Vodka paired with zesty lime and fiery ginger beer over crushed ice.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Kangaroo Vodka
  • 4 oz Spicy Ginger Beer
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Sprig of Fresh Mint
  • Dehydrated or Fresh Lime Wheel

Instructions

  1. Fill a copper mug or highball glass with crushed ice.
  2. Pour 2 oz of smooth Kangaroo Vodka directly from the portable pouch over the ice.
  3. Squeeze in 0.75 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice.
  4. Top with spicy ginger beer and stir gently once.
  5. Clap the fresh mint sprig between your palms to release the oils and nestle into the ice with a lime wheel.
