Tailgate Hard Lemonade Cooler

Effortless to build out of a tailgate cooler. Ultra-refreshing lemonade spiked with crisp Kangaroo Vodka and aromatic herbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Kangaroo Vodka
  • 4 oz Tart Lemonade (homestyle or sparkling)
  • 1.5 oz Club Soda
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Thyme or Basil
  • Lemon wheels

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall cup or tumbler with ice cubes and lemon wheels.
  2. Pour Kangaroo Vodka over ice.
  3. Add chilled lemonade and stir gently.
  4. Top with club soda.
  5. Slap thyme sprigs between hands to awaken aroma and tuck inside.
