Kangaroo Gold Sunset Smash

A fiery golden hour sparkler featuring smooth Kangaroo Gold Tequila, rich citrus oils, and a polite jalapeño kick.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Kangaroo Gold Tequila
  • 2 oz Blood Orange Juice (or Fresh Navel Orange)
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Honey Syrup (equal parts honey & warm water)
  • 2 thin slices Fresh Jalapeño
  • Smoked chili salt rim

Instructions

  1. Lightly muddle one jalapeño slice with honey syrup in the base of a mixing cup.
  2. Add 2 oz Kangaroo Gold Tequila, blood orange juice, and lime juice.
  3. Add ice and shake briskly for 10 seconds.
  4. Strain over fresh ice into a chili-salted rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with the second jalapeño coin and blood orange half-moon.
