Desert Lime Pouch Margarita

The definitive outdoor margarita. Golden, smooth agave backbone with tart citrus punch that never disappoints.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Kangaroo Gold Tequila
  • 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 0.75 oz Orange Liqueur (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
  • 0.5 oz Light Agave Nectar
  • Coarse Sea Salt for rim

Instructions

  1. Rub lime juice along the rim of a rocks glass and coat with sea salt.
  2. Fill glass with ice.
  3. Pour Kangaroo Gold Tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, and agave into a shaker with ice.
  4. Shake hard for 12 seconds until frosty cold.
  5. Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
