Campfire Cold Brew Chiller

An outdoor upgrade to the classic espresso martini. Clean Kangaroo Vodka, rich cold brew, and a splash of maple cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Kangaroo Vodka
  • 3 oz Smooth Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
  • 0.75 oz Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 oz Creamy Oat Milk or Coconut Cream float
  • Ground cinnamon dusting

Instructions

  1. In a shaker or sealed travel mug, shake Kangaroo Vodka, cold brew coffee, maple syrup, and ice vigorously.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over a single dense ice cube.
  3. Gently pour oat milk or cream over the back of a spoon to float.
  4. Dust lightly with fresh ground cinnamon.
