Billabong Blackberry Smash

Bursting with ripe wild berry flavors and botanical mint, this smash highlights the clean smoothness of Kangaroo Vodka.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Kangaroo Vodka
  • 5 Fresh Blackberries
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz Honey Water (equal parts honey & water)
  • 4 Fresh Mint leaves
  • 2 oz Sparkling Water

Instructions

  1. In a glass, gently press blackberries, mint, and lemon juice with a muddler or fork.
  2. Stir in honey syrup and 2 oz Kangaroo Vodka.
  3. Fill glass with crushed ice.
  4. Top with sparkling water and stir lightly from the bottom.
  5. Garnish with a skewer of fresh blackberries and a mint sprig.
